The Choral Artists begin their 40th anniversary season with a concert collaboration alongside The OK Factor, a violin and cello duo from the Twin Cities area! You’ll be treated to music by the Choral Artists, original works by The OK Factor, and scores where we join forces to present music by René Clausen, Eric Whitacre, Heinrich Schutz, and several folk songs and spirituals. We’ll close the concert with communal singing that includes you, our wonderful audience members!

The Fargo-Moorhead Choral Artists are proud to present this season’s Cathedral Classics concerts in two of the most beautiful acoustic venues in the region – Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Detroit Lakes and Sts. Anne and Joachim Catholic Church in Fargo. The concerts will feature beloved choral classics alongside the world premiere performance of ‘I Call Your Name’, a new seven-movement work by young composer Connor Koppin. ‘I Call Your Name’ features a text by Minnesota Public Radio personality and poet Brian Newhouse. Joining the 65-voice chorus will be a professional pianist and string quartet. Also included on the program will be music by J.S. Bach, Antonio Lotti, Pablo Casals, and Adolphus Hailstork. We hope you’ll join us for our mid-winter concerts! 

A Singing Valentine – dinner, auctions, concert, and more!

Join the Choral Artists as we celebrate the Valentine season at our eighth annual benefit event featuring a silent auction, libations and treats, a formal dinner, and a concert of love songs from the stage and screen. The Fargo-Moorhead Choral Artists have cancelled rehearsals and performances through the end of the 2020-2021 concert season due to concerns regarding the Covid-19 virus. We look forward to seeing you next year for our 2021-2022 season!
